We are always looking to add dance instructors and studio hosts to our team throughout the year. Please look through the following information and feel free to apply if you feel like you’d be a good fit.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Trained Dance Professionals who have strong dance skills and a passion for instructing. Professional dance company experience, and/or a college degree in dance a plus (but not a must). In addition to Ballet, we offer classes in many other disciplines (hip hop, acro, jazz, tap, musical theater, etc.).
Specialists in the areas of Hip Hop, Acro, Jazz and Tap: We have every age and level of dance students and need instructors that can teach beginning, intermediate and advanced level classes. If you have strong experience in Hip Hop, Acro, Jazz and/or Tap, we would especially love to hear from you!
Studio Hosts who can love on our parents and dancers in the lobby. We are looking for people who have strong organizational skills and a knack for customer service. Your primary role is to take care of our Bloom families, making sure their needs are met and they leave our studio with a smile on their faces!

Our instructors are called to be at Bloom. We want instructors to view teaching at Bloom as more than just a job, but rather as a calling to impact and grow the dancers they are instructing. Once instructors join our team, they become part of our community, where we intentionally do life together including staff meetings and social events. We offer continuing education for our instructors to continue to develop their own dance skills and in turn provide inspiration to our dancers.
